Founded on June 12, 2006 in her basement, Pamela M. Anthony RN BSN CDMS CCM launched Restore Rehabilitation in Owings Mills, MD. A seasoned nurse and case manager in the industry, Pam envisioned creating a place where people loved to come to work, and in turn, would consistently give their best effort to produce superior case management service. Since then, she’s leveraged a business model that works and a solid reputation. Starting with two case managers serving a small Mid-Atlantic area, Restore has since grown to operate with over 260 employees providing field coverage in 27 states and nationwide telephonic coverage. The company continues to be headquartered in Owings Mills.
