ALARIS Receives Two Finalist Nominations in the 7th Annual Case In Point Platinum Awards

ALARIS receives nominations in Workers Compensation/Disability Programs, Individual Professionals Leadership categories

MINNEAPOLIS (March 28, 2016) – ALARIS is proud to announce that it is a finalist in two categories in the 7th Annual Case In Point Platinum Awards. ALARIS for AAR Corp.’s On-site Occupational Health Program is a finalist in the Workers Compensation/Disability Programs category, and ALARIS’s chief operations officer Christine Delich has been named a finalist in the Individual Professionals Leadership category. Winners of the Platinum Awards will be announced and finalists will be honored May 12 at a ceremony in Baltimore.

The AAR On-site Program began in 2012 after AAR, a leading provider of aviation services to worldwide commercial aerospace and government/defense industries, contacted ALARIS to develop an on-site occupational health program at AAR’s location in Oklahoma City. The On-site Program was developed to improve employee wellness, to decrease injuries, and to provide a culture shift that includes a return-to-work and a stay-at-work mindset.  This program has achieved great success and ALARIS has several nurses servicing multiple AAR facilities across the country.

Christine Delich began her career as an occupational therapist in 1973 and has worked in a variety of settings, including the nationally recognized Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. and other case management companies. Delich and her business partners founded The ALARIS Group in 2000, and through her direction, ALARIS has grown from a small group of 10 to 15 case managers in a two-state area to the nation’s largest independent health care management company specializing in workers compensation’. Christine’s innate ability to find, groom and retain young talent has afforded ALARIS great success over the years. She has coached and mentored many case managers across the country to achieve similar success in their professional endeavors, giving Christine a devoted following across the country.  Today she continues to have industry impact serving as the Chief Operations Officer at ALARIS.
